Do employees need portal access to receive emails?
No. Employees receive documents by email even without portal access. Their private area is available when the company enables it.

Where do I upload a contract or letter?
In the individual employee’s profile, as a personal PDF document. It does not need to be part of a combined payslip or CU file.
Does the employee need an active personal area?
Email delivery also works without an active area. To view documents on the web or in the app, the employer must enable the paid personal area.
